These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for Nollaig Santa Experience, operated by The Nightmare Realm Ltd, Company Registration Number 480199, trading as Nollaig Santa Experience.

By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Ticket Purchases
All tickets are subject to availability and must be purchased through our authorised booking system.
Once your booking has been completed, you will receive confirmation by email together with your electronic ticket(s).
Please check your booking carefully when received and contact us promptly if you believe any information is incorrect.
Tickets remain the property of The Nightmare Realm Ltd and may not be copied, altered or resold without written permission.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically via email.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during the booking process.
Guests should bring either a printed copy or digital copy of their ticket for admission.
Admission
Each ticket is valid only for the date and time shown on the booking confirmation.
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time.
Late arrival may result in reduced experience time or refusal of entry where operationally necessary.
Admission is subject to venue capacity and all guests complying with staff instructions.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive or disruptive. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
Children
Nollaig Santa Experience is designed as a family event.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, behaviour and safety of any children attending the event.
The Experience
Nollaig Santa Experience is an immersive theatrical Christmas event.
Experiences, performances, characters, storylines, decorations and activities may vary from those advertised due to operational requirements, weather conditions, performer availability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Every effort will be made to provide the advertised experience wherever possible.
Santa Experience
Every child ticket includes one visit with Santa Claus.
Where applicable, gifts are intended for children only and are included as part of the experience.
Gift contents may vary depending on age, availability or operational requirements.
Santa experiences are intended for personal enjoyment and may not be used for commercial purposes.
Photography & Recording
Photography is welcomed throughout designated areas of the event unless otherwise advised by staff.
Photography or filming inside certain performance areas may be restricted in order to protect the experience for other guests.
Professional photography or commercial filming is not permitted without prior written consent.
The Nightmare Realm Ltd may capture photographs or video during the event for promotional, marketing and archival purposes. By entering the event you acknowledge that your image may appear in such material.
Accessibility
We are committed to making Nollaig Santa Experience as accessible as reasonably possible.
Guests requiring additional assistance are encouraged to contact us before their visit so we can discuss any specific requirements.
Weather
Nollaig Santa Experience operates during the winter season and portions of the event may be outdoors.
Guests are advised to wear suitable clothing and footwear appropriate for seasonal weather conditions.
The event will continue during most weather conditions unless it becomes unsafe to operate.
Booking Changes
Requests to amend bookings may be considered at our discretion and are subject to availability.
Booking amendments cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
If the event is cancelled by The Nightmare Realm Ltd and cannot be rescheduled, guests will be offered an appropriate alternative, transfer or refund.
Failure to attend, late arrival or incorrect booking information does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.
Guest Conduct
For the enjoyment of all visitors, guests are expected to behave respectfully towards performers, staff and fellow visitors.
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Abusive or threatening behaviour
• Damage to scenery, props or decorations
• Interference with performers
• Excessive intoxication
• Illegal substances
• Smoking or vaping except in designated areas
Guests who fail to comply may be removed from the event without refund.
Personal Property
Visitors remain responsible for their own personal belongings.
The Nightmare Realm Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.
Intellectual Property
All event concepts, characters, costumes, scripts, artwork, branding, logos, photography, video, music, set designs and creative content remain the intellectual property of The Nightmare Realm Ltd.
No commercial reproduction or use is permitted without prior written consent.
Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
